        Mail never comes at set times and I have to go to the post office to get every package I order. We live right in Frazee. Very inconvenient to say the least

        Really bummed on services. I live in Frazee city limits and my mail is never here at somewhat the same time everyday. Not even a ball park. Whenever packages are ordered they are never brought to mailbox. Instead left at the facility which is extremely inconvenient. Has happened too often. Package tracking always states they attempt to drop off at my residence which is not the case; as my package is always sitting down in the office. Really bummed on how it has been going with services.

        Had furnace parts show up late and not make it out in time for delivery. Its supposed to be -28 degrees tonight. I drove to the post office to pick up the package and was told they wouldn't give me my box. Its Friday, and I was told It will be delivered Monday the 3rd. So now I get to do an emergency call to get my heat fixed costing a ton more money. Thanks....
