We bought our new house and sold our old house with Andrew and Brian of the Leonhardt Team. They made the process very simple. When we bought our new house we were "just looking" but ending up finding our dream house right away. Unprepared to submit an offer that fast, they were able to help us with getting a financier and submit a winning bid. Then to sell our old house, it was only on the market for less than two hours before we got the best offer. All in all, they made the process very simple and relaxed.

We had a very complicated buying process with a lot of moving parts and Mercedies always had our back. She was kind, flexible, empathetic to our needs. Especially since my dad had recently passed when we started our house search.She also took intitiave without being pushy. You felt you had someone in your corner butt who was also honest with you. She didn't give her opinion on houses unless you asked for it to let you form your own. She felt like a friend while still being professional. Anyone who does not pick her is missing out.

In the fall of 2022 my wife and I decided it was time to move to a new area so our kid could be in a better school and we could have more of the things we desired as we entered the next chapter of our lives and we feel very lucky that we got connected with Andrew. We were worried about the whole process of finding a house we loved and trying to sell our house and Andrew took any of those worries away. He seemed to always be one step ahead and made everything super easy for us. If we had a question or concern he would reply to a text or phone call even if it was late at night, he is very knowledgeable and communication was above expected. Thanks Andrew!
