        Ended up ordering pizza from this location. Went to pick up the pizza realized they gave us the wrong order. They said they would make it right and make our order they said to wait 25 mins. came back after the 25mins only to be told we need managers approval. Manager approves it says come back in 25 mins. Came back AGAIN pizza hasnt been made and none of the employees are no where to be seen. After all this time we still do not have my order. Will be contacting corporate. Absolutely the worst service Ive ever seen in fergus falls.

        This location has gone downhill fast. Will never order anything from here again. Hope door dash quits service here too. They gave me refund. It's pathetic how horrible the workers are here. No cares in the world.

        Try to call and order a pizza the employees will only watch the phone ring and won't answer they put an automated system in place to take the orders and they still don't make it its worth the extra drive just to go to the other caseys in town

        Clerk needs to smile, to say thanks and at least appear to like her job. Did not feel appreciated when visiting. Will not be back to this one.
