        Terrible...just terrible in every way.

        Online services never work correctly. Have to change my password at least 2 times a month due to it not being recognized. I know I'm I putting the correct password because I have it written at home. This is so frustrating. I have been a Bank of the west customer for many yrs but am considering changing because it has caused hardships for me not to know my exact balance. I have even had scheduled monthly payments returned after the bank saying I didnt have funds when i did.

        Having a family member work here and the harassment to open accounts and the lack of accountability of upper management keeping an eye on the manager of tellers and their treatment; I highly recommend not working or plainly doing business at this bank. Extremely disappointed. I won't be doing business here whatsoever. I recommend you do the same.
