Again no receipt at the pumps and not inside either?! I would give less than one star if possible
So this is the second time that this has happened at night with Alexander and other guy, but tonight was over the top.
Alex called the Hyvee store and the manager says yeah I will come and print the receipt which is at approx 5.00 pm on 12/31/21. We waited for 30 minutes while Mr. Hyvee Manager called back twice to ask if we were still there?
One of the young men asked how long my spouse was going to wait inside the station, she told him until I get my receipt.
Alex calls Mr. Hyvee Manager back at 5.30 pm and he decides that now its too busy at the store and he cant make it over to gas station!
If the managers cant or wont help or train their newer employees on how to place paper inside the machines, or help them when its absolutely necessary. Then maybe Hyvee should revisit who they have placed in positions of management.
We understand that the world is short staffed, overworked and tired but if you, as a manager decide to work in a customer based service. Then be prepared to deal with all the customers not just the ones you may see fit to pick and choose from either at the store or gas station.
We dont blame the young men working at the station, our issue is definitely with a manager that said he would help. Then choose to blow us off for 30 minutes before making up some excuse on not being able to walk across the parking lot?
Please someone over there teach those young men how to load paper into the machines outside and how to print out credit receipts inside.
They need to learn their jobs sooner than later.

Says it closes at 11. Just showed up at 1020. They were closing. Maybe leaving early? Maybe covid hours? Either way it was an inconvenience. Please update hours online!

Terrible. A guy named Gary Im assuming is the manager I called twice asking him to go look outside by the pump because my boyfriend misplaced his phone both time I called he said he didnt see a phone no phone we get back to the station and there it is laying in the parking lot he didnt even go look very poor service and the employees lack hygiene and the bathroom was disgusting.
