        The hotel is nice and cozy but walking to the desk we already knew the guy behind the front desk wasn't in a good mood. He honestly looked irritated. Name tag showed Dylan. Not sure who crapped on his mood but we definitely deserve it. For such an expensive place at least put on a smile. Not that hard. Also their pet fees are expensive and non refundable. That's lame. I guess horrible pets and I get fully trained careful pets. Don't matter to them I guess.

      Hi Marina, thank you for your feedback. We're glad to see your sa We hope to welcome you back for a better experience.- positive comments about out hotel. However, there maybe a mix up on location, has there is no one on our staff named Dylan. We are truly sorry for the experience you had at that hotel, but we can assure you, our staff is always friendly and ready to help our guests. As for the pet fees, most hotels do have a nonrefundable pet fee(s) due to the extra cleaning that our staff does since a pet was in there. This is per hotel brand standards.
