Generally positive experience, but a lack of attention to detail at some points in the process. Ultimately, they provided us what we needed to close our sale on time and without much hassle. But a few gaffes were notable: we were mistakenly sent a 'weekly update' that included the names and property info of a different couple; misspelling of both our names in emails; our initial loan application had the wrong house number listed, and after pointing it out, we were told to "just sign it" because it wasn't the final documentation. The error was corrected not too long afterward, but that didn't sit well with us.

The Treadstone team was absolutely fantastic! Teresa, Molly, and Amber helped us with everything we needed. They were very timely in their responses and well-educated. My fianc and I were first time home buyers and needed a lot of guidance and people we could trust.
