Mel Beaudry - RE/MAX Results

We worked with Mel Beaudry and Teri Harmon. They were a wonderfully professional, collaborative, and upbeat team to work with. Really appreciated their help in finding a new house. We had a very good idea of what we were looking for so it took a few months of looking to find what we wanted. Having Mel and Teri working as a team meant that if one wasn't able to go with us, the other was. Both had good suggestions of what to look at as we toured homes. Both were extremely patient as we look at several houses which didn't have everything we were looking for. Lots of good advice and what updates and minor fixes to make (and not make) on the house we were selling. The best advice was to have it professionally photographed. Also good advice on how to price our house so we attracted multiple buyers and had acceptable offers within a couple days of putting on the market. We recommend both Mel and Teri to anyone looking for a helpful, patient, ethical realtor.

We had the pleasure to work with Mel Beaudry. He made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Mel listens, cares passionately about his job and was patient, kind, and always answered my questions!! I would definitely recommend Mel for buying or selling a home.

Mel represented the seller when we bought our last house. We liked him so much we contacted him to represent us when we sold it 22 years later.
