I have never been so disappointed with a dental service in my life , set up appointment months in advance because this company was a recommendation . Gave all the information ( insurance ) needed prior to appointment. Checked in on time waited about 5min was asked to come with the hygienist, I thought pretty good service , only to be asked three times by the office staff who checked me in , well in the chair questions that if she would of looked properly on her paperwork would of been answered. The hygienist then proceeded to take 15 X-rays , I asked why so many , was stated by him that it was for a proper intensive oral exam and cleaning. ( I have all my teeth and brush them ) I then asked why do this without even looking at my mouth . I then stated that I wanted a simple cleaning and check up , if needed I would schedule another time to come in for the cleaning . The man was indignant and somewhat rude , stating that this is exactly how this office does this . I stated again that I wanted a simple cleaning that is all and my teeth checked . I was beginning to feel scammed. I got up and left . Everyone has a right to state what services they want or dont want . If I could of I would of given this company a -3 on ratings plus a 15 on making a patient feel scammed .

I cant tell you enough how wonderful this place is. I thought my teeth were a lost cause but they have given me a reason to smile again.

They performed a tooth removal for me, did not use enough pain injections and got angry at me for screaming as they cut into me with no numbing agent where it needed to be. Don't go here if you actually care about being listened to.

Their phone rings non stop. I left a message. After 2 hours, I called back. A rude woman answered the phone, couldnt find my file because I was not their customer. Then she hung up on me. I am glad I am not with them!!! Please dont ask me to call back. If your front desk is unkind, and your phones go answered, maybe its time to get more staff at the front end.
