New Horizon Academy

Both of our children attended this location since they were in the infant room and we had a great experience! The communication about how their day was going was clear and helpful. It was amazing to see them learn, grow and build relationships with other kids. Our kids loved their teachers in all of the rooms they were in, it's a great team. Katie and Tarah are approachable and helpful whenever we had questions or something we needed the center's partnership with. We only left this location due to a family move but would recommend this to any family in the area.

They don't like Asians or children with some Asian descent. They claimed our daughter had a bruise on her face from her father but the cps worker didn't see anything. The new horizon workers have been stuck up ever since I asked about resources for free diapers. A week later is when they made a false report to cps on us, and new horizon won't even show us the picture they claimed of the bruise. They also let our daughter get hit by other kids riding tricycles on the playground, leaving bruises on her leg. We are so fed up with the poverty shaming and racism. I contacted corporate in Plymouth AND THEY STAND WITH THE RACISTS/POVERTY SHAMERS AT NEW HORIZON!!!!!

My children have been attending the Elk River NHA for the past year and a half. I am so impressed with the connections the teachers have made with my children.My three year old looks up to the teachers so much and is always pretending to be a teacher. Management is always there to greet us with a smile.

Ive had both of my children with new horizon since they were able to enroll. I have had nothing but great experience with new Horizon Academy. Their curriculum is second to none, And the staff are always friendly. Katie and Tarah do a phenomenal job in my opinion as well as all of the other staff at Elk River. I can understand the difficulties they may have with so many different personalities and energy levels in the room but I believe they handle it in a professional manner. I would highly recommend new Horizon Academy to anyone. Thank you Elk River new Horizon Academy for all that you do!

This place is an actual joke. Bring your kids here if you're okay with them being picked up by their forearm and dragged around. Or if you're okay with them charging you, even after you've terminated care and then taking FOREVER to refund you. Never will I recommend New Horizon Academy to any parent.
