Had a vehicle in for a front wheel alignment. Charged me nearly twice what I expected, couldn't give me a before/after alignment numbers because their printer was broken, and credit card service wasn't working. Update after owner response: Not to start an argument in the review section, however, you have me confused with another customer. I never complained about the price and never asked for my alignment to be free (who does that?). I did ask the girl at the front desk if I could get the alignment results and she just told me she couldn't since the printer was broken. I never had an issue with a 3% card fee (I actually brought cash because I saw the 3% sign when I dropped off the car earlier in the day). The front desk did tell me the card reader was not working but I told her that wasn't a big deal because I had cash. I did ask why my receipt listed a 4 wheel alignment when I had only asked for a front wheel alignment. She stated that it always listed a 4 wheel alignment no matter what how many wheels were aligned (this sounded odd to me but I didnt push the issue). My assumption at this point is that I was charged for a 4 wheel alignment which is why the price was higher than expected. Note, I was never given an estimated price in advance of the work being done but I assumed it would be somewhat in line with other shops in the area. At the end of the day I decided it wasnt worth getting into an argument with your shop over maybe $80. Note: It's not a good look to call out customers in the reviews, especially when you have no idea whether you're talking to the right person.
