Urgent Care was not open on a Sunday. How can you call your clinic an urgent care if youre not open on Sunday? And this is after I was directed to this location from the Fairview Urgent Care in Bloomington for an Xray because they didnt have a technician available on a Sunday.

Doesn't matter when you show up...just tell em you're dying otherwise they'll keep pushing your appt back. 3 people in front, 45 min wait...hour later, told another 1.5 hours and tough luck.

AWFUL!!! Dont bother to pre-check in. Wait times are triple. After waiting for over an hour after BOTH phone and desk registration, they didnt have my daughter fully checked in!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Dr Diane Samson didnt listen to patient - wanted to prescribe pain meds that patient just told her she already had plenty of because she wasnt taking them as they didnt work. Dr also refused to consider testing (a simple blood test) for a condition that patient had precise symptoms of. This was our 2nd trip to this urgent care in 3 weeks. They seem to want prescribe pain meds whether you want them or not and send you on your way. Also expect a very long wait to be seen. UPDATE - the patient DID have what she suspected, was listened to and treated properly at HCMC, and with proper meds is recovering.
