Zumiez

Assumed I was stealing and had me pat down for a belt. target me around 7:40 Sunday march 23 trying to and negotiate and explain that i did nothing but had smirky remarks and exactly what i mean why i don't like shopping at Zumiez. always seems like race has to do with everything. All i was doing was looking for a belt and shopping with my other friend i looked suspicious out of everyone. its what ever idk how hard it is to be chill now a days.why would i steal a belt

Ive always liked zumiez in the past but the head employee/manager was super rude and started yelling at my friends while we were looking around. at first we thought she was kidding but then she called security on us for mocking her. Best way to lose customers.

My son and I went in here today and they had a few younger boys working. They were seriously the most kind and respectful people. They asked about our day, our plans and talked about interest. I wish I would have got the names of the kids. They said "how's your day today?" When I said good they asked what made it good. I just felt like they were trying to build a genuine conversation and I deeply appreciated it. When I left they told us to have a fantastic day. Even though I didn't buy anything, I felt very welcomed in the store!!!!
