Lyndsey is so great. As a recent-grad navigating adulthood, I have benefitted from her candid presence, calm mediation, and constructive practices to take home. Lyndsey supported me in creating meaningful and realistic boundaries and goals for myself and others. I also feel more confident in addressing conflict with those closest to me. I definitely recommend C3!
