        Had virtual appt with Lyndelle Pratt. Was first appt and first ever therapy session. She starts call and speaks to me like she knows me? Come to find out for portion of appt she thought I was ANOTHER patient. I had been having sleep problems I wanted to address. She did not ask any personal questions about myself or my health consisting, confessed to not reading my intake notes disclosing all details of myself that I took time to write beforehand and proceeded to whip around health conditions like Bipolar which really isnt great for someone to hear that has anxiety. Malpractice!!! Avoid at all costs. Phone ringing in her home during the call, animals coming on screen VERY unprofessional and makes me not want to go to therapy ever again even though I need care! Now Im scared. Also have been waiting to hear back from clinic supervisor since mid December. No call back and today they charged my card without my consent. Was going to be chill and take it as it comes, but they just do not care and this is only option. Come on.. you can get better treatment in a retail enviornment.
