Had a fantastic fit with Bjorn. Facility is quiet and clean and professional. Very knowledgable staff that took the time necessary to ensure I was the most comfortable I could be on the bike. I had never had a bike fit before and was blown away by how much better my position is after.

I'm a running and strength coach who was looking for an in-depth analysis of my body composition and resting metabolic rate (RMR). Human Powered Health was professional, helpful and made the experience personal. I had a DEXA Scan and RMR test done and was impressed by their thorough explanations, the quality conversation we had afterward about my results and the kindness of the employees! I will absolutely return yearly to see where I'm at physically. If you're looking to reach a certain health or performance goal, HPH is the go-to spot.
