Went for passport photos- Cedric was so incredibly friendly and helpful even when the store was busy and seemingly understaffed.

For the last 6 months, every month that I try to get my refill, they are out of stock. They always say they should get it within a day or two but not once have I ever gotten a call back or gotten the prescription filled until I call over and over again and get my doctor to write me a new prescription. I understand being out of stock but I would expect that they fill the prescriptions in the order that theyve been waiting and thats never happened. I just get told when I call that theyre expecting it soon and then never hear again. Also, is the drive-thru ever open? I chose this pharmacy for the drive-thru option because its convenient but its never once been open when Ive gone

Run as far as you can from this pharmacy! They claim to be constantly understaffed which is fine but that doesnt mean the people who work here cant do their jobs correctly. They fill the wrong scripts all the time - and then when you go to pay pick up dont bother double checking with you if this is the script you want. Awful incompetence. I am in physician in healthcare and if I ran my clinic the way their pharmacy is run I would probably be out of job.
