1 of The most unprofessional pearl visions there is!! Going on 1 month since I ordered my glasses and they are still not here Im super furious!! **^UPDATE AS OF 4/9/24 Ive decided to take my business elsewhere and I am very pleased with the new location I now go to :) I highly suggest every customer that goes to the Edina location does the same!!

Worst experience. Horrible customer service. Eye exam portion was cool. But getting purchasing glasses it was awful. Misleading with price and charging additional charges that werent asked, nor were they explained.

I had a routine eye exam here with Doctor Schultz and it went very well. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Overall great experience!

The exam and optometrist were fine. It was the experience afterwards that was so horrible. They have excuses for their excuses and their district manager, Sarah Pitsch is rude and thinks putting glasses away is more important than dealing with a customer that is already upset with how they've been treated. Don't bother wasting your time or money coming here. They obviously don't care how they treat their customers or if anyone ever comes back. If I could I would give them a negative star rating.
