PROSE Nails, Edina

I used to love this salon. Especially in Eden Prairie. I switch to Edina when Eden Prairie closed. I have say the technicians were ver good. However, I have had a problem. I have trie to contact them for at least 5 days with several phones. All I get is a raging and a hangup. No way to leave a message. I also texted and used the Contact Us feature. So far no one has gotten back to me. Obviously they dont care about retaining business which is a shame as the service was good, cleanliness is exceptional. Finding a new salon. Services: Waxing, Pedicure, Sculpted nails

I had a 9:30 appointment on Saturday morning (Dec. 17).  Got there a few minutes early and the young lady at the front desk offered me something to drink, hung up my coat and took me to the pedicure station.  It got to be 9:40 and I had no idea when the nail tech would be ready.  Since I had to be at another appointment that morning, I chose to leave.  Frustrating experience because apparently there is not a manager in place, the nail tech was supposedly checked in but was not on site, and no one could say how long I'd be waiting. Wanted to like this place but there are so many other options, I don't believe I'll be going back.

This is one of the best nail salons in the Twin Cities. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and have an eye for detail (special shout out to Faith & Jessica). I appreciate how bright and clean the space always is. The membership program is a great deal if you plan to frequently use it.

I went to PROSE with my wife for my first ever pedicure. Jasmine was amazing and they all made it a super easy experience. I can see why my wife goes here all the time and I will likely be back.

This is a horrible salon I was a top Nail tech there with amazing work and after a couple months working there they started to take off my lunch and no longer gave me one!! I was told I couldnt have one. So I quit and when I came to pick up my license THEY STOLE MY NAIL LICENSE!! they refused to give me my license and told me I never had one there. And I did or I wouldnt have been able to preform services! The owner Kat told me- and I quote- you should have thought about that before you quit. Horrible management from Sarah and the owner Kat is SO RUDE!! Im disgusted by they amount of unprofessionalism. I would not go to this salon. Very bad experience. UPDATE: After being threatened with legal action for not taking down this review Kat finally gave me my license that didnt exist and was never there I hope the other employees can get theirs as well.
