Jim, is very dedicated to his clients, as he spent 5 years with us on our journey to a new home!! He is very knowledgeable. Jim is everything you could ever want in a Realtor. He was incredibly proactive, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process. He helped walk me through each step and helped land our dream starter townhouse. I highly recommend snagging Jim as your agent if you get the chance! We met Jim right before the December holidays for the first time intending to look at a commercial property to buy. Through the holidays and over the next couple weeks, we looked at several properties and even though we were clearly still exploring and didnt quite know what we wanted, he gave us all the time we asked and patiently and promptly showed as any property we wanted without pushing. His willingness to work with a complete stranger in the days leading up to Christmas was to us a positive indication of his dedication to our success and we decided right then to continue working with him. And we were not disappointed in that decision. He let us take our time through the next 6-7 months as we evolved our thinking, patiently guiding the way and giving his advice as needed.
