QDOBA Mexican Eats

The gentleman working the register in the evening was very polite and curious. That was my 2nd time purchasing at a Qdoba, I will be going back. Fantastic customer service.

9/8 I got to the store a few minutes before 11am (opening). Asked employees what time the store opened, to which they confirmed 11. Waited until 11:20 at a table a ways off in the mall, trying to be patient and understanding sometimes things are a bit behind schedule. Went to the gate to see if I could come and order food, the 4 employees, all of which were either sitting on the counter or standing around on their phones, looked at each other, and then told me 11:30. I was the only person waiting for the doors to open, but then they came and gave a door dash person her meal that she had ordered online! I waited until about 11:36, and then stood directly at the gate and asked to be let in. Was finally let in and was able to order food (which was delicious as always). Beyond poor customer service and 45 minutes out of my day for seemingly no reason.
