      image Acupressure really works for back pain. Get the 20-30 minute acupressure back massage and tell the therapist where it hurts. They will try to upsell you oil, hot stones, more time, foot massage. Skip those, and give a tip instead. Your back is going to be sore the next day. Get some regular exercise and wait a few weeks before your next one.
