        I stopped by the location a few weeks back to get some assistance regarding my annual tax packet, as question my personal financial planner couldn't even answer. I asked the receptionist a question and got the quick answer of "we don't do that here you need to speak to a tax specialist." Well, what about the many people who do their own taxes every year? I proceeded to tell the receptionist that even my personal financial planner could not answer. The receptionist proceeded to say, "maybe you need to find a new financial planner." Her attitude and answers to my very simple questions were unacceptable for a public setting like this
