My mother in-law paid thousands into a long term health care policy into this company. So when she needed to go into hospice we contacted them and told them where she was going and when. She passed away 17 days later. When we went to collect the mere $100 a day it should have paid out they told us the place we took her (A HealthEast Facility} wasnt covered. Really? Its only a $100 a day. A small fraction of what Hospice or Long Term care is. This company is rippping off seniors and their families

Our agent Paul bent over backwards and was there anytime we had questions. He was willing to come if needed to our home to resolve issues.

Alexmai Addo is the agent who sent two women to our neighborhood to "cold call" on my neighbors who were turning 65 this year. The women knocked on doors and called the occupants by first name and knew their age. Our neighbors were scared, angry and felt their privacy violated. Please stop this door-to-door cold call marketing.
