It was my first time using Giften, I paid for the expedited shipping and it got there on time! I wanted to send a gift to a loved one states away, who was going through a tough time. My package never arrived! Was sent a completely different package that belonged to someone else. Tried contacting them via chat, no reply. Called them, phone kept on ringing, thankfully, I was able to find a section on their site to send comments. Frustrated with the lack of care and detail from this company. Definitely expected more from Giften market.
