        Everyone at Interlachen dental was very nice and helpful! What sticks out is how passionate the clinical team is, especially Emily! Always takes the time to answer any questions I may have and does a great job on my teeth:) Also, the dentists are prompt and thorough! Will continue to go back on my check ups twice a year.

        When my insurance changed I had to move dentists and I happened upon Interlachen Dental Associates and Dr. Liberko. I have been so impressed since my move. The receptionists go above and beyond and are so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have been also impressed with my dental care here. Dr. Liberko and the techs are very friendly and make the experience comfortable to ask questions. Ive never felt rushed but also feel like Ive always been given all the information I need to make the right decisions for my dental health. They also have helped me with things I have felt self-conscious about with my teeth. I absolutely recommend scheduling with them.

        Everyone here is awesome. Very personable, friendly, professional. I was a transplant from a previously horrible dentist. Dr. Liberko does amazing work, had a lot of things to fix, plus had to re-do what the last dentist ruined. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Couldn't recommend this place more!

        After 10+ years of the dentists at Interlachen Dental not valuing my time I have finally decided to leave. The majority of my visits were for a bi-annual cleaning and I would always have to wait at least 10 minutes after completion for Gitzen or Liberko to stop in. The last straw was waiting in the dental chair for 30 minutes during a scheduled one-off appointment for the dentist to start the procedure. I'm not exaggerating on time as I've gotten use to keeping track of how long I wait and how often the hygienist apologizes. The dentists NEVER apologize. I cannot be the only patient to have this experience. The only redeeming part is all the dental hygienists are kind and pros at apologizing for their arrogant dentists.

Also, thank you for the kind words about our hygienists; they are an excellent team! Would you mind calling or e-mailing me so I can gather more information? I do not recognize your name, so I am unsure when you were in our office or what provider you saw. Speaking with you about your experience could direct us to the source of the problem and find a solution to ensure it does not happen again. Our doctors, without question, value patients' time; it is one of their top priorities, we know our patients lead busy lives and timing is key. Because of this, we have a meticulous scheduling system in place which helps us make sure appointments run smoothly and gives doctors adequate time to go between procedures and exams. It is normal for there to be a short wait since the doctors are often completing long procedures or finishing other exams, but a lengthy wait is not what we want patients to ever have to experience!
