Very poor customer servicethey call you and dont identify themselves and then wont schedule an appointment. I would never use their service. After talking with management I am able to see why their customer service agents have very little to none customer service skills. They rely on everyone but themselves to give customer service. I served my nation and I hope others like you reading this find another establishment that respects all people and provides service.

I've been going to Dr. Naas for years. She genuinely cares about your overall health, not just your neck & spine. She has helped me out with MANY health issues over the years. I have never had a doctor who cares as much about her patients as she does.

I started seeing Jen about six months ago for chronic neck problems. I would often have headaches, stiffness and difficulty sleeping because of neck pain. Within the first four visits I was pain free!! No more headaches!!! I really appreciate Jens wisdom, her technique and her cranial sacral work. Shes a great resource! Thank you Jen appreciate you! I had terrible back pain when I first met Jennifer. Her office was on East 66th street, just a few blocks from our home. I don't remember what caused the pain, but I do remember leaving after my appointment with NO pain, and going for a walk around the neighborhood to reinforce the treatment!! What an amazing experience!! I went regularly for quite awhile until she moved to a new location that is quite a bit further away. I continued to go, but not as frequently because of the distance. Need to check in again soon!! I highly tecommend her!!!!
