      image Dr. Peggy Frank is not a real doctor, it's a conman. She's never been trained as a medical doctor or anything close. She has a certificate from a private unaccredited and unranked pseudo-scientific institution in Bloomington, Minnesota called Northwestern Health Sciences University. It's a hoax, I can't believe it hasn't been shut down by the state!
