        We paid a premium price to do our joint taxes and future year preparation. After our taxes were filed and we paid in complete all emails and calls ceased to be returned. Over 4 months and a half of dozen emails no response. We wont be returning.

      Our records show this client's 2022 returns were timely filed in March. Not sure how we could have completed future returns as 2023 has not ended. I recognize that sometimes clients are upset that they may owe the government money, but we prepare returns based on current tax laws.
