We are working through a rough situation at a home we recently purchased, and Scott and his team helped us navigate the unexpected mold remediation. Scott was honest and kind, and treated us like family before work started and throughout the process. He helped us determine a plan, timeline, and budget that worked for us. Communication was great. AdvantaClean transformed my large basement area. Scott did a thorough job evaluating what was needed and gave clear explanation. Dan and Cody were superb in the hard work they did to totally clean, treat, paint walls with sealant, floors painted as well and put in blown insulation around entire perimeter. They tore out a mold ridden basement bathroom and also tore out a large drywall ceiling that had tiles glued to it. They sealed off the basement for safety while they worked and took everything out the lower level walkout door and carried it around to a dumpster in the driveway. They worked quickly and efficiently, putting in long days. Dan and Cody were courteous and willing to answer my questions. I am so relieved to have a clean basement/lower level now. I purchased the house in January. The house was in need of updating. I am thankful my nephew referred me to AdvantaClean. I offer them my highest recommendation.
