Subway

Had a coupon for a free kids meal. Guy working spoke no English and had no idea what to do with the coupon. So we just paid for it and left. I get finding good crew is hard but requiring them to speak English would be good.

Another subway that over the lunch hour has one staff running the place. Not sure why the chain is running this way. Quickly becoming not my go to lunch option as this is not the only location w this issue.

This is a one-man operation but this guy works his butt off and gets it done they should maybe hire him some help because day a little easier

I live close. I have been here countless times. Recently, they are closed up to an hour before their 9pm close time. Totally dark. 6 times now. I love subway, but this one is the worst run subway Ive ever seen. Never clean. Better hope youre the only one in line or youll be waiting 30 mins. No joke. The bins and food always a mess, communication generally poor. Often workers will hide in back, often on cell phones, place usually needs to be cleaned(tables, benches, prep line, floors, etc...). I recommend going to either the Anderson Lakes or Bloomington Ferry Rd Subways 10x better. This subway should be closed, as its a total embarrassment to the chain. Someone should call corporate and Dept of Health.
