image Weve had our two year old at primrose for about 7 months now and its been a great experience. I find management very responsive and transparent, they are very good with updating us on his daily activities, they are able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and his teachers are great! We did have a lot of turnover in his class for a bit but I think they handled it well and were able to substitute teachers quickly. If I ever need updates on him they are pretty quick to respond and I like the curriculum and activities. Most days he is really excited to go there too which is probably the biggest indicator for me that they are doing it right (I say most days cause toddlers)

image If you are considering this daycare based on reviews, we strongly advise against it. Our personal experience was very negative.
Although the school's infrastructure may be satisfactory, your child will likely be subjected to a monotonous and uninteresting academic routine. If your aim is to have your child excel in skills such as letter writing, syllable counting, and number identification, then this school may be suitable. However, if you prioritize the development of creativity, critical thinking, social, artistic, and other skills, this school may not be by far the best choice. Additionally, the limited nap and play times offered may further exacerbate stress and lack of motivation for your child.
When issues arise in the school involving your child, the teachers and coordinators will try to shift the blame onto your child rather than acknowledging their own shortcomings in their teaching methods. They may label your child and his/her friends as trouble, instead of working with you to develop a positive strategy for improvement. Unfortunately, attempts to communicate with the school administration may prove fruitless, as they may give you empty assurances that they will personally take care of the situation, but no action will be taken. You may not even receive any feedback regarding what was done. It is disheartening to realize that some schools simply do not care about their students' success.
Teachers are usually kind and gentle towards children. However, there are times when a more loving and positive attitude would be welcomed. Many teachers are very young and have only a few years of experience. While this is not necessarily a bad thing since everyone has to start somewhere, it can limit their ability to handle in-class situations effectively. You may hear your child being threatened with punishment attitudes instead of addressing the root causes of their behavior.
Recently, there has been a noticeable increase in stress and dissatisfaction among the staff. A recent Maltreatment Investigation has put a lot of pressure on the team, which has created a visible negative environment that is not suitable for children. I suggest that you visit the DHS MN State Licensing website and read the Maltreatment Investigative Memorandum. Additionally, it would be beneficial to review the bunch of Licensing Review violations from the past years. Certainly, parents who value the best for their children will be able to draw their own conclusions and make the best decision.

image We had 2 children that attended for 2 years before we pulled them out. While curriculum was decent, the lack of transparency from management proved to be the deciding factor. While a teacher was being investigated in our son's class, they chose not to inform the parents even though three teachers in that pod left unexpectedly and on the same day.
In addition, management was incredibly slow or completely unresponsive to parent concerns (via both email and phone), which is unacceptable.
7 teachers directly expressed to me that they were unhappy at Primrose.
There are better alternatives out there. Don't get roped in by the salesmanship.

image My two girls attended Primrose-EP for 2 and 4 yrs. We appreciate everything the awesome staff had done for our girls. Due to a job relocation to a different state, we had to transfer our girls out of the Primrose. My girls and us will miss all the wonderful people we have met at Primrose and thank yall for being AWESOME!

image Due to the unprofessional and dishonest actions from the owner, Benjamin Adams,  I do not recommend doing business with the Primrose School of Eden Prairie. After years of providing services to this school, our company still has not been paid for services rendered and the owner refuses to return our calls or emails. Background: Our company provided cleaning services to the Primrose School of Eden Prairie for approximately 3 years. In the Spring of 2022, we decided to end our agreement due to consistently late payments and the client's unwillingness to accept a modest increase in their monthly rate.During our time servicing the school, our team showed up every night to clean, without missing a single day. We extended over $12lk in credit to the schools during COVID, to ensure that the teachers and students arrived to a clean and sanitary facility every morning. Invoices were consistently paid 60+ days late, yet we never charged a late fee or suspended our services.Despite our consistent performance, and impeccable attendance record, we are still chasing the owner, Benjamin Adams, for payment 5 months after the last invoice was issued.I strongly advise against doing business with a person, and organization, that mistreats their vendors and does not fulfill their contractual obligations. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern of behavior that prospective vendors and clients should be aware of before doing business with Benjamin Adams and Primrose School of Eden Prairie
