Michelle is a holistic healer. I felt like a new-and-improved version of myself when I walked out of the massage from almost 30 years of adhesion buildup. Shes a naturally gifted person and gives off positive energy. Would highly recommend.

I started seeing Michelle around 24 weeks pregnant to help move through some of the grief I was holding somatically from a loss. It was such a moving session - I felt noticeably different after I got off the table. I have continued seeing Michelle monthly ( and now as often as I can as I near birth) through the rest of my pregnancy. Some of the things I notice after each session are: improved position for baby, complete change in belly shape (in the best possible way), all muscles surrounding baby in abdomen and back more relaxed, ability to move / walk / flow through my day with much more ease than prior to the session. I can't recommend Michelle enough for pregnancy abdominal massage!

Run! Dont walk. If youre having any off feelings postpartum, this work will do wonders. Very knowledgeable, very welcoming, very skilled. This work will have a cascade of benefits you never knew you needed. Stomach feeling more firm, no more ab and pelvis instability. Getting back to strength training when it felt impossible prior to this work. My body feels more integrated and grounded. Cant say enough good things. The self care is crucial too!

One of the best pre-natal and post-natal massages. So helpful and knowledgeable on anything you may be experiencing with your body. Such a relaxing and unique treatment that I always look forward to and feel great after!

Michelle is a magician!! I worked with her while trying to conceive and during pregnancy, and Ive never felt better. Less pain and discomfort and more regularity with my cycles and pregnancy. I highly highly recommend her for any pregnant/TTC Moms as well as postpartum Moms, especially those who have previously had a c-section.
