        Jennifer is really a skilled body worker. I recently discovered Rolfing and it has felt so right for my body. She has such a calm, patient, but very competent presence. The room that she works in has beautiful light and is so quiet. Although this work isn't a traditional relaxing massage, it feels as if I am giving my body what it needs to change some of the unhealthy patterns that have settled into my muscles. We're working on a healthier way to hold my body to release pain from tilted pelvis, slouched shoulders etc... I'm so grateful that I found Jennifer and this work.
