I was shopping for my fireplace brick mason. I had a very good experience talking to Joel Forsberg. He is very helpful in giving me advise on what you look for. Scheduling didnt work out with him. I would highly recommend Joel with English Stone!

Joel and crew did a beautiful job replacing our random stone front walkway, tuck pointing the front steps and replacing 3 concrete steps with real stone steps. English Stone is easy to work with. Joel has great taste and delivers what he promises to do. The stone he selected for the project was gorgeous, and match the existing stone. English Stone is more expensive than his competitors, but you get what you want and more. Well worth the extra cost. Service: Stone masonry

We solicited four bids to rebuild our Dolomite retaining wall, to re-route a drainage pipe from our brick patio and to reset some brick on the patio. We definitely made the right choice with Joel Forsberg, English Stone. Joel supplied diagrams and explained exactly how he would rebuild our sagging wall, fix our drainage problem and remove and reset the brick on the patio. We could not have asked for a better job. The retaining wall is perfectly constructed and power washed to show off the beautiful color of the stone. The rest of the work was expertly done as well. We are so pleased with the quality work done by English Stone. This winter they replaced the front stairs of our 87 year-old Tudor-style home in Minneapolis, MN. The stairs are now absolutely beautiful and it was truly a pleasure working with them. Service: Patio construction
