Sedgwick Claims Management Services

Really deserves a negative 5 stars at this point. I was injured by a company they supposedly represent and I have not heard from them in months. Meanwhile, Im totally disabled from my injury and unable to work. Way to go Sedgwick in ensuring people are properly taken care of. IF they actually call me back I will update this review, other than that, know that the BBB will be the only recourse for anyone needing to work with this sub-par UNAMERICAN company

Sedgwick is a joke. Walmart should be embarrassed for affiliating with a useless company. Don't trust Sedgwick under any circumstance.

I'd give a negative ten as a rating if I could. Never have I dealt with a more dishonest and uncaring company. Thet give new meaning to being corrupt. Their reporting system didn't work for over a month and they tried to say this only happened to me and no one else on the world ever had this issue. Reported it to my lover of a claims rep and she said it was my problem and denied the time off on an intermittent claim. Says I never reported it even though I wrote to her the first day of happened. That doesn't count. They are nothing but evil trouble and liars.

Im not sure how this company is still in business, theyre truly awful and unprofessional. Been out of work for a month now havent been compensated. Even when I was given an exact date when I was suppose to be compensated, its now a week later. I havent been compensated and my examiner that handles my claim has not been answering the phone or the supervisor at Sedgwick. Its ALWAYS hard getting ahold of anyone. My examiner rarely EVER answers his phones or updates me on my claim. The manager/supervisor David isnt any better. Im constantly calling and leaving voicemails & he has yet to contact me back! if I could give this company negative stars I definitely would!!
