Hello, I am a Previous model from LA, I would highly Recommend this luxury hotel staff and people her are happy and classy. No drama just vacation & spa! Great for couples and family's or a business trip! Customer service is happy and sweet! rooms are luxurious.. I would alway come back here for bookings!~ Rooms: spacious living room and bed's on the side. Relaxing and easy to rest comforting. Nearby activities: Pizza Luce' and Red stone as well as the Mall outlet's & Movie Theater's close by. Safety: Well monitored by staff and great key locks. Food & drinks: Full bar and beverage's with snack's, Red stone and Pizza Luce' right next to hotel! Doordash if needed. Noteworthy details: Beautiful tower and Luxury~

Friendly staff, clean lobby, halls and rooms, good selection for breakfast, overall quiet environment. AC/Heater, mini fridge and TV worked great, had a convenient sink and counter plus coffee maker but no microwave. Sadly, had to venture for ice, but good snack options at the bar attached to the service desk. Perfect for my 3 day business trip!

Its a dump was staying there this week manager yelling at a guest rooms dirty. Housekeeping stealing your belongings. Stay clear of this Hyatt. The ones inside the city are run much better than this dump. Condition arnt qualified for a inmate to be staying here, I wish I was exaggerating about that Im not. Stay clear go 15 min more inside Minneapolis and the hyatts are well up to standard. This is worse than a motel 6. It wouldnt pass standards to house prison inmates. The manager wade needs to get some sparing time. Would love to humble him. Talks big and bad but will threaten to call the cops when he is met with real aggression. Im up for mutual combat anytime wade
