9Round Kickboxing Fitness

Simply put this is the best 30 minute workout you will ever find. The owner and training team are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. I believe anyone regardless of circumstance can find 30 minutes at least twice a week to improve your fitness level and overall health. I strongly encourage anyone to try it regardless of fitness level. The environment is welcoming and not intimidating in the least. Try it!!! You'll love it!

Get a fantastic workout. No set times. Show up and start when you want. Always a trainer available. I highly recommend Eden Prairie 9Round kickboxing fitness. Cardio, strength, core and boxing.

I recently got back into 9rounds and getting to know Tess and all the trainers has been great. You can tell Tess takes running her business very seriously and honestly I learn every time I come work out. As someone who hasnt been naturally athletic this gym and its trainers make me feel strong and motivated. Cost is not cheap but you definitely get a lot for what you are paying. I highly recommend joining if you are on the fence!
