Erskine Interiors & Floor Center

This was our second project using Erskine Interiors. As before, this was excellent in all phases. Garett helped us think through our options and worked with us to find the flooring we wanted. Every visit to the store was met in the same personal and professional way. Todd came to measure, and he is always a delight. Marie was great with scheduling the times that worked well for us, and Juan and his crew were outstanding in their demolition of the old floor and the installation of the new one. They were professional, respectful, and very efficient. We were pleased in all aspects of the project, and recommend Erskine with the highest possible marks.

The installer was excellent, efficient and friendly. The carpet looks great; I really like the cushioning and quality. Prior to purchase, the customer service rep explained options and showed me a variety of carpets so I could make an informed decision. Thanks Kay

We recently had an extensive carpeting project done in our house, and were very pleased with our experience with Erskine Interiors and Floor Center. From our salesperson Greg, to the owner Todd who came out to measure, to Marie who scheduled the installation, to the installers Manuel and Steven, we received excellent customer service and attention. We had support every step of the way from selecting the carpeting all the way through the final day of installation. Manuel and Steven were polite, friendly, helpful, and incredibly hard workers. We recommend Erskine Interiors to anyone considering a carpeting project.

I live in Eden Prairie at a Heritage Townhome in Hennepin Village. I did some research and Erskine came up as a trusted local source for floor covering. I contacted them and Todd came out for a walk around on the third floor of my home, basically three bedrooms, closets, a long hallway, and stairs coming up from the main level. He discussed the various carpet options and arranged for Garett to show me the products he suggested in their Eden Prairie showroom .I made my selection, which was a Masland product. The 125 square yards of carpet was installed this past week by Kevin, Raul, and Israel. They arrived at the scheduled time and did an outstanding job, from moving furniture, to the removal of the old hardware, padding and carpet to the installation of the new carpet. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Erskine if you have a need to replace your home's floor covering.

We recently ordered new carpeting for two of our bedrooms from Erskine. Yesterday, Raul and Israel battled the bad weather and came out to our home to install the carpet. They reviewed the scope of work and the layout of the bedrooms. They then started the process by taking some of the heavier items out of the bedrooms and removing the old carpet before installing the new carpet. During the day, they kept us updated on the work they were performing. They worked until the early evening to complete the job, cleaned up afterwards and then moved the furniture back into the locations where they were originally. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet and the thoroughness of the work that they did. The carpeting has improved the bedroom appearance. We appreciate their efforts and know that we will enjoy the bedrooms in the future. Rich G
