Horrible customer service. Called to report a lost checkbook and was put on hold for over 30 minutes only to be told I would need to go to a branch location. Why not have an automatic call-back like airlines do?

Banked at Wells and TCF prior to switching to Anchor Bank which is now Old National. I have my personal and business banking through ONB and refer them to everyone I know. My best banking experience by leaps and bounds. Super helpful, friendly, professional service.

Got two rolls of quarters, one of them was missing a dollar. At least Wells Fargo will slip in some nickels and dimes to replace the quarters they took out.
