Fourteen Foods

This company is a joke. I am a previous gm and I was wrongfully fired. I was never given an actual reasoning behind why I was fired until after I was let go. All of it was not backed up with evidence. I called corporate corporate Dairy Queen and was told I’d hear something and was never given a call or email. Emailed any email I could find for Matt and still nothing.

This company is over Dairy Queen in Owensboro, Kentucky on Frederica Street. I called them to talk to the manager Asucans, she was very rude and acting smart to me. And I ordered a medium cone I did not get a medium cone I got a small cone. I have had so many issues at this Dairy Queen. They really need to get their act together.

My daughter worked at a DQ where the assistant manager dumped a blizzard on her head, then a few days later dumped a bucket of dirty water down her back. Didn't even receive an apology from him

Dining room was closed! Even with a big banner out front stating the dining room is OPEN also had a line of 25 cars waiting in drive thru unfortunately I am one of them. Just wanted to get some ice cream for the kids now 35 min into the wait this is the last time I come to this DQ. Fourteen Foods needs to get their stuff together!
