        **I'd like to be clear, we did NOT stay. We came in and changed the bedding and decided to move to Springhill Suites. Also in Eden Prairie. I would also like to say we did get refunded for the stay. So there were positives, but I'd like to give the right people a heads up before booking this place. Animal/human hair on ev-er-y-thing. Flooring was coming up in lots of places & rippling. Bathroom was not adequate for customer use. Blood drop next to the toilet. Chipped paint and spots/smudges all over the walls. Vent was coming loose in the bathroom, showing dust and grime. Shelf holding towels was falling off the wall. It sounds clich, but I also don't think the room had been cleaned before we came, nor after the last new customers. I WILL say, Joel is very kind and brought us a change of bedding. And also, the manager Rosie was very professional and pleasant. So if they were at another hotel, it'd be a better fit.
