New Horizon is an amazing center no matter where they are but shady oak is the best of the best! i worked here the shady oak center for almost 2 years and the teachers at this center are the most talented, caring, loving and kind teachers i have ever worked with and i’ve been in childcare for almost 7 years-
Laurie and Kristina are the most kind and accommodating directors i’ve ever seen. They truly love their job, and with amazing teachers AND directors it makes Shady Oak is the best place for your children to be - they’ll have fun and will be taught by the most talented and loving teachers the childcare industry has to offer. i miss being at this center everyday and can’t wait to come back to either work or to bring my children!
Shady Oak is a phenomenal childcare center!

One of the many things that make New Horizon Academy - Shady Oak so special is the staff. Not only do the staff provide quality early childhood care and education, but they also communicate well with parents. I'd like to take the time to highlight one of the many great teachers at New Horizon Academy - Shady Oak:
Miss Mary in the Little Preschool classroom is an exemplary teacher. Mary is patient, kind, happy, fun, and you can tell she has a deep love for children. She always has a positive attitude and she is always smiling. She most certainly has that “je ne sais quoi” with the children.
At pick-up, when I ask about my son's day, she doesn’t simply give me a one word answer. She makes my husband and I feel at ease when we have a concern about our son. She’s a real asset to New Horizon Academy - Shady Oak and we’re grateful she is his favorite teacher.
