    More than one week in my time spent trying to get Optum to process my HSA claims accurately. They take the insurance EOB's and use for any date of service they choose. As they will not correct their errors in processing or call me back, I am reporting them to the IRS, Atty General from my state, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If I must submit my claim with the EOBs to support the claim, why can't they process what I send them on a silver platter? Why do they pull the EOBs and use for another date of service? This is creative accounting so they don't have to process all claims that I submit to them!!! Cooking the books! I guess I have to give one star in order to post this message. They deserve negative stars! Also, wondering how many other senior citizens with HSA accounts with them that they are "cooking the books" in how they process the HSA claim filings so they don't have to pay the claims for???? This is senior citizen fraud too.

    Corporate office is awesome. Been with this company for 19 years and get the pleasure of joining them @ the headquarters ever so often. Always a great time with the team and getting to interface with the leadership. Optum is an amazing place to work and grow. I'd recommend it to ANYONE looking for a great company to be part of that's changing the world through the healthcare space.

    I learned today your company will no longer be accepting Buckeye Health Plan in Ohio. This is a disgrace to patients. You can accept Humana Healthy Horizon and UHC community plan but not Buckeye health, Caresource and Molina. You want to dictate what health plan people have already chosen. Probably because you are a part of UHC and think this will make you more money. Healthcare isnt about money, its about serving your patients to the best you can. And this is a disservice to your patients. In the office I go to I heard it will affect over 400 patients. You do know buckeye, Molina and caresourse are the most widely used forms of Medicaid. Im sure you do, you just dont care. Also, I heard at the office I use, probably has less than a handful of patients that use the UHC and Humana Medicaid programs. You have to wonder why? This is nothing but a show of corporate greed! Youre going to loose a lot of patients. Is that what you want, less patients? You bought out AHN. A big company bought out a small company and now you dont care about patients. Youre a multibillion dollar company, what is it about patients of lower income you dont like? This is a form of discrimination. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
