Blackwood Construction exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience working with Jim. He was honest, straightforward and very easy to work with, even through some of my tough scheduling requirements. Jim is very meticulous in his craftsmanship and quality of work. Blackwood listened to my ideas and provided expert advice and guidance throughout the project. The budget and billing was fair. Communication on budget, time lines, or updates was timely and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Blackwood Construction for any remodeling needs. I will choose Blackwood again in the future.

Blackwood construction will go beyond your expectations! Jim (owner and founder of Blackwood construction) is a true professional and truly stands by his craft. My wife and I went with Blackwood construction for a complete basement remodel and Jim was meticulous in his attention to detail. Jim did an excellent job with our in floor tile heat, tile install, cabinet built-ins, canned lighted, ceiling / wall repair, etc. Even better, Jim was a great communicator and provided detailed updates and time lines regularly! I can't say enough good things about Blackwood construction and what a pleasure it was to work with a true professional. We will be going back to Blackwood when we remodel our kitchen. You will not regret going with Blackwood!
