        Our dw was leaking, west metro came out to fix it, it was fine for a week or so and then started leaking again, Dave came out to repair it, and determined that the repair would be costly and we would be better off getting a new dw (which they dont do btw) I was discouraged because we had already spent money on labor and repair costs for a unit that needs to be replaced. Dave went to bat for me and got me a refund on the parts purchased for the second repair. I was very grateful to have some of the cost recouped and I feel that Dave did his best to help me out in this unfortunate situation. Grateful for his extra effort and time on my behalf! Thanks dave!

        This is the only place I send people to if they are having dryer problems and people need washer dryer repair. We own MN Dryer Vent Guys and when our customers need washer or dryer repair. We send them to west metro appliance. If your dryer has an error, shuts off, or it stops turning or you have a gas dryer. Please let these professionals help you. It's not worth the risk trying it yourself. We don't even mess around if it's gas dryer, we highly recommend west metro.

      Hi William, We are sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience with us. We looked further into the situation in order to get a better understanding of what transpired. We have a strict safety policy regarding previously dissembled appliances and this policy is in place to protect both our customers and technicians. In addition, in order to diagnose an issue with a faulty appliance, we have to look at the appliance as a whole to understand which process has failed. When you called us, your dryer was disassembled. We informed you of our policy and we offered to come out once you had reassembled your dryer. At that time, you asked us to make an exception for you and we had to decline due to the safety of our staff. Again, we are sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory, but the safety of our customers and our staff is a top priority. Thank you
