Edit: I can identify at least 3 reviews coming from Centerspace staff who have never lived in the building. It's a dirty trick to try to artificially inflate the review score. - My dog was attacked by two off-leash dogs that were getting off the elevator (they punctured her side), and I've heard nothing from either MartinBlu or Centerspace since - The man across the hall took my info off of a package and used it to stalk me online - A week after the woman down the hall purposely ran into me in front of the elevator (like looked up and directly at me and then ran into me), I found her waiting outside of my apartment filming me as I left - A dental hygienist on the fourth floor threatened to kill me because I told her her dog needs to be on a leash. She also waited for 5 minutes for me in the garage so that she could record a video of her screaming, threatening, and charging at me. - When I moved in, there was a man known to the leasing office who would follow women around as they walked their dogs outside. - The lease requires that residents pay to have their carpets professionally cleaned no matter how clean the carpets are on move-out. - The maintenance supervisor spent my entire move-out inspection telling me that no how clean I left my apartment what he was going to charge me for cleaning.

Always the best maintenance assistance at MartinBlu! JJ was quick to reach out shortly after the work order was created, and communication was great and much appreciated. The work order was completed in a matter of minutes and everything went smoothly with the issue resolved quickly!

Work was completed on the same day as requested and done well. However, the work was to fix a stuck garbage disposal. This disposal needs maintenance almost once a month. It should be replaced.
