We started our business from scratch and needed a capable and experienced accounting team to help us with pretty much everything - setting up our accounting policies, processes and systems, and managing a wide range of business needs - day to day accounting, monthly reporting, expense reporting / management, payroll / 401k, etc. Jill and her team were great - knowledgeable, experienced and responsive - both with day to day tasks and providing a strategic resource for us to get things up and running smoothly. Resolve Works has been helping us run our retail business for about 5 years now. As our business has grown, Jill and her team have been taking over more and more of our accounting, payroll, sales tax, A/P and A/R needs. Quarterly and annual reviews of business metrics, P&L and Balance Sheet give us the insight to make data driven decisions. Any time we need help dealing with banks, credit applications, or various agencies requiring certified financial reports, Resolve Works has been there providing accurate, and expeditious support. Resolve Works is ahead of its time. Have used them them nearly 3 years. They have been a tremendous partner, supporting many different needs well beyond A/P and A/R, from controllership, ERP, purchasing, financial reporting, tax and capital acquisition.
