        I had the unfortunate experience of being on the other end of a transaction with Jerry Lynch. There has been a lack of transparency and professionalism from the beginning, and Jerry & BorgsHomes have become uncooperative and seemingly complacent about the contract being stuck in limbo indefinitely. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Edit: in response to their reply, "trying" to back out is the problem. BorgsHomes advertised the land as "gentle sloped... accommodate walkout" and the land survey says the sloped portion of the land is __not buildable__. Yet they refuse to cancel. Where is the due diligence??
