        Love my provider, but the clinic is over-scheduling her and caused me to wait an hour to see her - with no heads up whatsoever. The seats are only SO comfortable. Do better clinic schedulers.

        I have never had such poor patient care at a clinic. Do not recommend Dr. P Chang! I sat through an appointment trying to uncover why Ive been struggling with reoccurring symptoms and to seek options for fertility testing in the future due to an autoimmune disease I struggle with. I was quickly shut down by the doctor and told since Im not married it should not be something I should be asking about and if I was her daughter she would smack me in the face for asking(I am 30). The entire appointment was a horrific experience. I immediately went to the front desk staff after to rely my concerns about how I was spoken to and was clearly very unhappy and upset. They gave me the clinic managers number - Greta and never received a follow up after attempting to reach out to her directly 3 times. Really unfortunate that this clinic does not care about their patients experience. Very disappointed in my overall experience with Dr. P Chang and disappointed in the lack of follow up / sympathy from the direct manager Greta. It takes one bad experience to never want to go back to a clinic, and I will NOT be back.

        I went for a consult following an ultrasound that diagnosed a miscarriage. Dr. Chang treated me with the upmost empathy. She took the time with me that my referring doctor did not - showing me picture by picture the ultrasound results and why it was diagnostic of pregnancy failure. She left me feeling safe, respected, and well informed of my next steps. Yes, she was running maybe ten minutes behind but I dare you to show me a rockstar OB that isnt. I see it as a good sign. She takes the time the patient needs.

        Ive been coming to this clinic for 20 years. Theyve always taken great care of me. Ive had three high risk pregnancies and Dr. Amy Fisher is always the best. She even delivered my third baby. I love this team and will bring my daughters here for their needs as well.
